The Pagedraw Privacy Policy explains how we collect your personal data, with the strictest respect for your rights, and how that data is used. When we talk about “Pagedraw,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy, we are referring to Pagedraw, Inc.

Pagedraw complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Pagedraw has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Pagedraw is subject to oversight by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Pagedraw commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Pagedraw at [email protected].

Pagedraw has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.

Within the scope of our authorization to do so, and in accordance with our commitments under the Privacy Shield, Pagedraw will provide individuals access to personal data about them. Pagedraw also will take reasonable steps to enable individuals to correct, amend, or delete personal data that is demonstrated to be inaccurate.

Pagedraw is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Pagedraw complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we will post any changes on this page. If you continue to use the Services after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
